I’ve been taking this beetroot for over six months & I’m getting the results I had hoped to get: my blood pressure has lowered. The beet root capsules replaced the prescription medication I was taking. My blood pressure has been in the normal range for 30 days now and I have no side effects like I did with the prescription medication.
